Accuracy of Service:
Expert VIN Audit is committed to providing clients with accurate information and comprehensive reports pertaining to vehicle identification and history. All services are rendered with the intention of ensuring client satisfaction and reliability of the data provided.
Grounds for Dispute:
A client may raise a dispute only under the following two conditions:
a) The Client has
completed the required payment, but Expert VIN Audit fails to deliver the report;
b) The Client has
completed the required payment, and Expert VIN Audit delivers information that pertains to an incorrect vehicle or contains materially inaccurate data not corresponding to the vehicle in question.
Eligibility and Liability:
In either of the circumstances, the dispute shall be deemed valid and eligible for review Upon verification, Expert VIN Audit shall be liable to issue a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the service failure.
Exclusions:
No refunds or dispute claims shall be entertained for reasons outside the scope defined in Ground for Dispute, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with report content that is otherwise factually accurate, or user error in providing vehicle details.
1. Payment Methods

2. Payment Schedule
Payment is due at the time of order placement. Services or reports will not be delivered until full payment is received.
3. Currency
All transactions are processed in (GBP). Any additional currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is received, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the provided email address. Please retain this for your records.
5. Late or Failed Payments
